These terms govern the use of our eSIM products and related support services. By placing an order, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.

1. Overview

Doktorly Life operates a digital eSIM service that enables customers to purchase data plans for travel, business, and temporary connectivity. These Terms of Service apply to all eSIM plans, support requests, and transactions processed through our website or third-party payment provider.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after material updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have valid legal authority to purchase and use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible with eSIM technology and that you are able to install and manage digital SIM profiles on your device.

You agree to provide accurate information during checkout and to ensure that your contact details are correct so we can deliver activation instructions or support updates.

3. Service Description

Our eSIM plans provide mobile data connectivity through participating local networks in the destination country. Availability, signal strength, and data speed may vary depending on local network conditions, your device model, your location, and network congestion.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific data speeds at all times. Network access is subject to coverage, local operator conditions, and the capacity of roaming and mobile networks at the time of use.

4. Order Acceptance and Payments

Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. We use secure payment methods to process transactions, and all prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if the payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, or the selected plan cannot be supplied correctly. If an order is cancelled before activation, we may issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Activation and Use

Upon successful purchase, a QR code or activation details are sent to the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for installing the eSIM correctly and for activating it before or during your travel period as needed.

  • eSIM plans are intended for personal, lawful use.
  • You may not resell, transfer, or redistribute activation codes.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.
  • Any misuse that interferes with network operations may result in suspension or termination.

6. Data Usage and Plan Limits

Each plan has a defined data allowance and validity period. Once the included data is exhausted or the validity period ends, the service may stop automatically unless another plan is purchased.

We do not offer unlimited or unlimited-high-speed data plans, and data speed may reduce after fair usage thresholds or where local networks apply network management rules.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Guarantee

Refund eligibility depends on whether the eSIM has been activated and used. If the eSIM has not been activated, and the order fails due to a technical issue or incompatibility, a refund may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Once an eSIM has been activated and used, we generally consider the service consumed and refunds may not be available unless specifically stated in writing by our support team.

Please review our refund policy before purchasing if you are unsure about device compatibility or your travel dates. We recommend installing your eSIM before departure when possible.

8. Support and Communications

We provide customer support by email and messaging channels to help with activation, troubleshooting, and order questions. We strive to respond promptly, but support timelines may vary depending on volume and time zone.

We may contact you regarding order confirmations, activation details, technical issues, and important account or service updates. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, website design, texts, logos, product names, and marketing materials used by Doktorly Life remain the property of the company or relevant rights holders. You may not copy, replicate, or commercialize our materials without written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doktorly Life shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of business, data, travel disruption, or missed connections due to network access difficulties.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our service shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doktorly Life operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the matter may be referred to the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
